Who we are

This website, robertbahia.com, and its Fan Club are run by Woxter America LLC, the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at shop@woxter.com.

What we collect and why

  • Your email address and account when you get a Fan Club pass (including the Free Pass) or invite Robert a coffee. We use it to create your account, give you access to the music, send order and account emails, and let you manage your membership. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
  • Order details (what you bought, when, and the price). Legal basis: contract, and keeping accounting records as the law requires.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe processes it under its own privacy policy.
  • News and new songs by email, only if you tick the optional box at checkout. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to shop@woxter.com or using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
  • Reviews you choose to leave on a pass, shown with your display name after moderation.
  • Security: our firewall keeps short-term logs (such as IP addresses) to block attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe.

Statistics and cookies

We count visits with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own server, uses no cookies and does not build profiles of you. We use only the cookies the site needs to work: keeping you logged in and remembering your cart. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else processes your data

Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your news subscription lasts until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to shop@woxter.com. If you live in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
